Cake ingredients

• 1 yellow or white cake mix
• 1 package of lemon instant pudding
• 3/4 cup of cold water
• 3/4 cup of vegetable oil
• 4 eggs

Glaze ingredients

• 2 Tablespoons melted butter
• 2 cups icing sugar
• 1/2 cup of orange or lemon juice

Instructions

• In a large bowl add the cake mix, lemon pudding, water and vegetable oil.
• Beat for 2 min
• Add eggs and beat for another 2 min
• Bake in a greased 9 x 13 pan at 325 for 50 min
• When cake is done, poke it with a fork or toothpick to make sure it is cooked completely

While baking make the glaze

• Combine the glaze ingredients in small pot and heat it up.
• Pour over the cake while it is still hot.
