Cake ingredients
- 1 yellow or white cake mix
- 1 package of lemon instant pudding
- 3/4 cup of cold water
- 3/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
Glaze ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1/2 cup of orange or lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl add the cake mix, lemon pudding, water and vegetable oil.
- Beat for 2 min
- Add eggs and beat for another 2 min
- Bake in a greased 9 x 13 pan at 325 for 50 min
- When cake is done, poke it with a fork or toothpick to make sure it is cooked completely
While baking make the glaze
- Combine the glaze ingredients in small pot and heat it up.
- Pour over the cake while it is still hot.
